Yes — we onboard new clients year-round. If you're switching from another firm, we'll coordinate the file transfer and bring you up to date without disrupting your filings.
What documents should I prepare for a first meeting?+
Bring your most recent annual financial statements, GST returns, and a sense of what's keeping you up at night. If you're a new entity, just bring your IRD number and a list of questions.
Can you handle bilingual correspondence with IRD and INZ?+
Absolutely. Our team writes, calls, and meets in English, 普通话, and 粤语 — and we manage all official correspondence with IRD and INZ on your behalf.
Do you offer fixed-fee engagements?+
